Cheryl A. Mitchell-Palmer

Cheryl Ann Mitchell-Palmer, 63, entered into eternal rest on December 9, 2019. She was born on August 13, 1956 in Moyock, NC to the late Evelyn J. Haynes and the late Clinton Mitchell.

Cheryl was educated in the Virginia Beach public school system and graduated from First Colonial High School. She was a member of the First Lynnhaven Baptist Church, Virginia Beach, VA and was a housekeeper for 30 years. Cheryl loved watching her westerns and dancing to her oldie but goodie music.

Cheryl leaves to cherish her memory, her husband for over 30 years, Spencer A. Palmer; three daughters, Christina A. Hill-Thigpen (Ronald), Shevon A. Hill, Keita S. Hill; grandchildren, DeShaun Joyner, Leonna A. Ownby, Anthony E. Ownby; siblings, Robert Hill Jr. (Jennifer), Evelyn S. Fowlkes, Faye M. Gorham (Charles), Linda M. Brown (Darryl); step-father, Robert Hill Sr.; nieces, Chontai Hill, Tiffany Hill, Brennan Brown, Jackie Hill; nephew, Joshua Hill and a host of other relatives and friends.
