Elder Dr. Linda Diana Wiggins, 60, went home to be with the Lord on March 7, 2019.
She was born February 16, 1959 in Brunswick, GA to the late Dorothy A. Godfrey and Roosevelt Edward Short, Sr. Besides letting the Holy Ghost have its way, Linda received a Doctoral Degree in Christian Education, a Master’s degree in Religious Arts of Christian Psychology, and a Bachelor’s in Religious Arts of Theology from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. Her proudest career accomplishment was coming back to God before it was too late. Linda was a member of the New Life Mission Pentecostal Ministry for 36yrs. She also was the first Pastor’s Aide President, and the first Administrator to Bishop Ashberry James.
Linda always felt that she was blessed with the most loving and caring mother anyone could have asked for or wanted. Her proudest family moments were talking with her mother. Linda loved helping people to come to God and helping them to go higher and deeper in the Lord.
