Jeffrey B. Patterson, 46, entered into eternal rest on July 23, 2019. He was born on March 23, 1973 in Norfolk, VA to Mary Patterson Bunch and Harper William Philyaw, Jr. After high school, Jeffrey worked as a painter / musician. He loved music, playing his guitar and singing.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, George Patterson and Sadie McNeal, Harper Sr. and Julia Philyaw.

Jeffrey leaves to cherish his memory, two children, Brandon Clifton, Etan Clifton; grandchildren, Urijah Clifton, Hunter Clifton; mother, Mary Patterson Bunch (David); father, Harper William Philyaw Jr.; siblings, Heather Philyaw, Amanda Philyaw, Shain Burnette, Billie Mae Burnette; aunt, Barbara Riddick; uncles, Frederick Patterson, Frank Patterson, William Philyaw and a host of other relatives and special friends.
