Tokisha Lychonn Tulensa, 45, passed away January 26, 2018. She was born August 28, 1972 in Yonkers, NY. She attended Johnson & Wales University and worked as a residential caretaker for 15 years.

She is survived by her husband, Corey Tulensa; three children, Amaya Tulensa, Niel Tulensa and Jalen Tulensa; her parents, Janice Sanjurjo (William) and Howard Smith; grandmother, Estelle Felton; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
