Dakhari Akeem Wilson, 34, entered into eternal rest on July 20, 2024.
Dakhari was born in Norfolk, VA on September 2, 1989 to Laverne M. Fuller and Larry Wilson. He was educated in the Norfolk public school system and attended Lake Taylor High School. Dakhari loved sports, he played for the community on the Broncos Football team and the Fairlawn Recreation League Baseball team.
Dakahri grew up in the historical First Baptist Church Bute Street, Norfolk, VA and was baptized there along with most of his family members. He really enjoyed taking his babies there for worship.
Dakahri loved spending time with his family, reading the Bible and the Daily Bread, writing raps and making beats and music.
Dakahri was predeceased by his grandparents, Charlie and Helen Davis; one aunt, Ruth Sheppard; great grandparents, John and Louise Mason; and one cousin, Dominique Wilson.
Dakahri leaves to cherish his memories, his children, Neveah, Dakhari Jr., and Erika Wilson; parents, Laverne M. Wilkins Fuller, Larry Wilson; siblings, Leia Nicole Wilkins, Traysha Monique Smith, Nadia Jean Fuller; grandparents, Alvin Lee and Vivian Bennett; John Lee and Dorothy Wilkins; aunt, Latitia Wilkins Sharpe; and a host of other relatives and friends.
