Dominic A. McClair

Dominic Armani McClair, “Domo”, 18, entered into the eternal gates of Heaven on June 11, 2026. He was born in Norfolk, Virginia, on April 25, 2008 to Rashita Wilson McClair and the late Kevin McClair, Jr. Dominic brought joy and laughter to everyone who knew him.

Dominic was educated in the Virginia Beach public school systema and just graduated from Princess Anne High School. He excelled academically and looked forward to working in trade of welding or joining the Merchant Seaman to pursue his dreams. Dominic loved spending time with his family and his best friend, Jordan. He enjoyed playing video games, watching WWE wrestling, and listening to his favorite rapper NBA YoungBoy.

Besides his father, Kevin McClair, Jr., Dominic was preceded in death by his grandmother, Laverne McClair; aunt, Audrey Carrington; uncle, Raymond Wilson and cousin, Zamari Wilson.

Left to cherish Dominic’s memories are, his mother, Rashita Wilson McClair; brothers, Darius Wilson, Messiah Wilson-Lee; sisters, Sierra Wilson, Si’va Wilson-Sutton, Zaniya Wilson; grandmother, Elaine Wilson; grandfather, Kevin McClair, Sr.; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Dominic loved all the simple things in life. Though his time was brief on this Earth, it was filled with love, friendship and purpose. He will be remembered for his compassionate heart, infectious smile, and unwavering loyalty to those he loved. He had a gift for making others laugh which left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

We will miss him dearly and his memory will continue to live on forever in our hearts.
