Herman Rudolph Daily, Jr., 52, entered into eternal rest on February 21, 2020. He was born on March 9, 1967 to the late Herman Sr. & Desa Lena Daily.

Herman was raised in Virginia Beach, VA and educated in the Virginia Beach Public School System. He loved football and during high school he was a running back for the Cavaliers, the Princess Anne High School football team. Herman graduated in 1985 and later on became an entrepreneur, operating his own construction company, Top Line Siding & Trim. In his spare time, Herman continued his love for football by coaching little league football for the Bayview Recreation Center.

Herman loved gardening and coaching but most of all he loved his family.

Besides his parents, Herman was predeceased by three siblings, Denise Walker, Tim Daily, Terry Daily; grandparents Will & Lena Mae Daily, Herman Knox and Marie Armstrong.

Herman leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Pamela S. Foiles; children, Austin B. Daily, Marlee G. Daily, Maya E. Daily; grandchild, Kamela Rachel; siblings, Darlene Jackson (Franklin), Cheryl Whitty; nephews & nieces, Kevin Daily, Chantel Cook, Damien May-Daily, Dajaun May-Daily, Terrie Daily, David Daily, Brandon Walker, Michael Key.
