Mr. Howard B Allard III, 73 transition from this life on Thursday, September 24th 2020. He was born August 31, 1947 to the late Howard B. Allard Jr and Florence Spence in Virginia Beach.

Howard better known as Benny graduated from Cox high school. He retired from National linen service/Servitex of Norfolk after 30 years of service. He was a member of the Khedive Shrine Temple and Bayside Masonic lodge on Independence. He was also captain of the Arab Patrol. Howard hobbies included golf and fishing.

He was predeceased by Jacqueline Davis his granddaughter.

He is survived by his loving wife Brenda M. Allard, 2 daughters Kimberly L. Scott (Jimmy) Nicole M. Perry. 6 grandchildren Justin Elerick, Andrew Davis, Courtney Davis, Tyler Elerick, Matthew Davis and Owen Scott. 5 great grandchildren Addy, Avery, Ava Grace, Olivia Jo and Phaylon.
