Joanne Sharon Worthy, 64, our beloved sister, aunt, cousin, and friend departed this life on December 3, 2020. She is now resting in her eternal home with her Savior.
Joanne was the daughter of the late Frank Worthy and Daisy Jones Worthy. She was predeceased by her brother, William Davis.
Joanne was raised in Toms River, New Jersey and was educated in the New Jersey public school system. She worked as a nurse’s aide for 20 years. She enjoyed sharing time with family, knitting, playing tennis and photography.
Joanne leaves to cherish her memories, her siblings, Jacquline Johnson (Isaiah), Gwendolyn Hancock (Tommy), Michael Harper; nieces, Shammara Norris, Keshia Smith (Paul), Aisha Harper, Evonne Woodson (Donnell), Brittany Robinson; nephews, Corey Johnson (Michelle), Marcus Worthy, Eric Hancock, Paul Smith, and a host of cousins, other relatives & friends.
