John David McElroy

John David McElroy, 29, entered into eternal rest on March 28, 2025. He was born on September 9, 1995 in Meridian, Mississippi to Jennifer Lucy and the late John A. McElroy.

John was educated in the Mississippi public school system. After he completed his studies, he relocated to Virginia Beach, Virginia in 2015. John was a Sprinkler Installer for 10 years. He loved motorcycles, video games, traveling and spending time with his family, friends and his animals.

John was predeceased by his father, John A. McElroy; grandfathers, Donald Grayson, David A. McElroy; great grandparents, Estelle Burn, Billy Grayson, Wee-Woo and Douglas.

John leaves to cherish his fond memories, his mother Jennifer Lucy; siblings, Lauren May (John), Katie Armistead (Izabelle), Joseph Lucy, Jr.; grandmothers, Sandra Grayson, Sandra McElroy; uncles, David McElroy, Chris Boozer (Jaime); fiancé, Alexis Atkinson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
