Keith Avery Land received his wings on Sunday, March 2, 2025. On January 22, 1955, Keith was born to the late Walter Alphonzo Land and the late James Annis (Malbon) Land. He was raised in the Atlantic Park Community and received his education in the Virginia Beach School System. Keith joined First Lynnhaven Baptist Church at an early age. In his later years, he worked at Virginia Beach General Hospital and was employed at a construction company performing various jobs which consisted of painting and yard work.
Keith loved to cook, ride his bike to the Ocean front and watch his favorite football team the Dallas Cowboys. He was very funny and he loved to entertain his family and friends displaying a smile that was beautiful and infectious. Keith was positive, kind, and compassionate always willing to help anyone in need. Keith was a twin to his sister Karen, who had so much love for her brother. They were very close twins and truly connected to one another.
Keith was proceeded in death by his parents Walter Alfonso Land (father), James Annis Malbon Land (mother), and a nephew, Antyreo Bryant.
Left to cherish his memories are his children, Cheniqua Lynch, Keith Land-Lynch, Michael Wright; grandchildren, Macaiyah Sutton and Aaliyah Land-Lynch; siblings, Dr. Dianne W. Locke (Carnell), Nathaniel A. Land (Patricia), Karen A. Land, Barry T. Land and Blaine D. Land; aunts, Vivian Malbon, Velma Wilson, Laurice Yarn; one uncle, Harold Malbon (Jacqueline) and a host of many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
