Elder Lee Edison Billups, Sr., 84, entered into eternal rest on May 27, 2024. He was preceded by his wife, Evangelist Ernestine Wiggins Billups; parents, Llewellyn and Beatrice Morris Billups; siblings, sisters Marybelle Billups Barnett, Louise Billups Turner, Margaret Billups Lewis and one brother, Ellyn Billups.
Elder Lee leaves to cherish his memories, his son, Lee Edison Billups, Jr. (Crystal), Chesapeake, VA; grandchildren, Casey S. Billups, VA Beach, VA, Lamar Lee Billups (Jaleesa), Va. Beach, VA; brother, Shelton Billups (Sandra), Elizabeth City, NC; sister, Shirley Brown, Elizabeth City, NC; and a host of other relatives and friends.
