Ms. Lula Griffin, 89, of Norfolk, VA, passed away on April 13, 2021.She was born in North Carolina on March 29, 1932. She was predeceased by her parents Mr. and Mrs. George Griffin, Sr; brother, George Griffin, Jr.; son, Tony Griffin; and grandson, Clinton DeBurns.
Mother Griffin was a member of the St. Paul Church of God in Christ for over 30 years. She served on the Mothers' Board, the Adult Womens Ushers' Board, member of the Adult Women No. 5 Sunday School Class; and former member of the Gospel Choir.
Mother Griffin was a friendly and loving person. She loved the Lord, her pastor, Bishop Wilbert L. Daniels, Sr., her First Lady, Mother Shirley Daniels, her family, and church family. She was a very faithful and dedicated member to the church.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories her daughter, Barbara Griffin; two grandchildren, Antoine Griffin and Lisa DeBurns; five great-grandchildren; one sister, Lossie Mae Green and other relatives and friends.
