Margaret Ruth Owens, 84, passed away May 7, 2018. She was born July 21, 1933 to the late Sarah and Cecil Brickhouse in Norfolk. She was predeceased by her husband, Cecil Owens.

She is survived by one daughter, Carol Conner; three sons, Louie, Michael and Keith Chapman; 10 grandchildren, Julie Chapman, Ketsia Chapman, Robert Chapman, Tameka Chapman, Brooke Johnson, Danielle Johnson, Samantha Johnson, Keith Chapman II, Sara Chapman and Michael Chapman; four great-grandchildren, Cornelius McClease, Jr., Elijah Chapman, Mikalah Chapman and Kayla Hambersham; and a host of other relatives and friends.
