Mr. Martin Frank Oquendo, 54, transitioned from this life on March 29, 2022. He was born on July 3, 1967 in New York City, which he is very proud of. He was the son of Frank Oquendo and Margaret Troche.

Martin was educated in the New York City public school system.  In 1988 Martin joined the US Navy where he became an Operations Specialist on board the USS Saipan Norfolk Naval Station.
