REV. DR. EMMA PHILLIPS VAUGHN

Emma Phillips Vaughn was born in Hertford, North Carolina, Perquimans County on
June 27, 1940. She was the second daughter born out of three daughters and four sons
to Johnnie Phillips, Sr. and Ella Simpson Phillips. She peacefully departed this life on
Monday, June 2, 2025.

Services are planned for Friday, June 27, 2025.

Viewing: 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Memorial Celebration: 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
