Ricky Carl Wiggins

Ricky C. Wiggins, 67, of Virginia Beach, VA, entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 5, 2020 with his wife by his side.

Ricky was born on April 2, 1953 in Williamston, NC to the late James & Mary Green. He was educated in the North Carolina public school system. Later in life, Ricky moved to Virginia Beach, VA, where he met the love of his life, Elizabeth.

Ricky loved playing cards and watching television, especially the “Rifleman”. He was a homebody who loved to snuggle up with his wife. Ricky had a great personality and was very cheerful to be around.

Besides his parents, Ricky was predeceased by his son, Ricky C. Wiggins, Jr. “Lil Ricky” and one brother, Lonnie E. Wiggins (Annie Mae).

Ricky leaves to cherish his fond memories, his loving wife of 20 years, Elizabeth Wiggins; daughter, Katina Whitley; stepson, Bobby W. Foster III; two grandchildren; four step grandchildren; one step great grandchild; siblings, Mary A. Smith (Joseph), James C. Wiggins Jr.; brother-in-law, Oscar Jones (Laurie) and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
