Steven R. Malaki

Steven Roy Malaki, a U.S. Navy veteran, passed away on September 30, 2024. Most recently a resident of Norfolk, Virginia, Steven had also lived in Maine, Massachusetts, and California, where he cultivated a reputation for his warmth, generosity, and passion for exploration.

Steven is survived by his father, Severo T. Malaki, of Southern Leyte, Philippines, and his four brothers and two sisters, who reside in Virginia, Italy, and the Philippines.

At his service commemorating his life, he will be laid to rest with military honors, reflecting his proud service to the nation. His memory will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him, and his absence leaves a profound void in the lives of his loved ones.
