Mrs. Sylvia Ruth Frazier, daughter of the late Joseph Singletary and Rachel L. Wilson was born in Florence County, South Carolina on April 27, 1959. She closed her eyes and began her eternal rest on Tuesday, December 24, 2024.
Sylvia was educated in the public schools of Williamsburg County. She graduated from Battery Park High School in 1977. She accepted Christ at a young age and was a member of Hickory Hill Baptist Church.
Sylvia was united in Holy Matrimony to Carl Frazier on December 31, 1980. After which, Carl took Sylvia to Virginia to build an amazing life. Their union was blessed with two children, Kimberly Blunt and Rojer Frazier. She was blessed to have a special godson, Jacques Conner. She worked for Taco Bell for 27 years before retiring.
Sylvia loved people and was unselfish in sharing her love and wisdom with them. She had a passion for cooking and gained great fulfillment in cooking during any occasion. December 31,2024, Carl and Sylvia would have been married for 44 years and were planning a retirement party. They made plans to travel and spend time with family. This was a shocking surprise to everyone, but GOD has the final word
