Timothy Phillips Obituary

Timothy "Tim" Sean Phillips, 52, of Virginia Beach, passed away at 2:30AM on Thursday, April 30, 2020.

Tim was the son of Niles "Jack" Phillips and Patricia Elaine Phillips both of Virginia Beach. Besides his parents, Tim leaves to cherish his memories, his sister, Kimberly Lane Phillips Rizzo; brother-in-law, Michael Rizzo; niece, Jordan Lane Rizzo and nephew, Brandon Michael Rizzo all of Fairfax Station, VA.

Tim was born and raised in Virginia Beach. He played on various sports teams like the Bronco Boys Baseball Team and the Bayside Youth Basketball, Soccer and Lacrosse Leagues. He attended the New England Culinary School, West Palm Beach, FL. Tim was a chef/cook at the Brass Bell for 15 years. He was devoted to his work.

He loved golf and enjoyed playing with his dad. He also played every year with the Brass Bell friends in the Outer Banks.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Sentara Hospice House, Virginia Beach or the American Cancer Society.
