William Fowler Obituary

"Fred" Fowler, 89, passed away on January 29, 2021. He was born on November 13, 1931 in Franklin County, GA, to the late John Henry Fowler and Ally Belle Hampton. He was employed at Appleton Mills in Anderson, SC for 24yrs, La France Cotton Mill and Stone Manufacturing. Fred completed two tours in the US Army in Germany and Italy during the Korean War. He also served 16yrs in the US Army Reserves.

Fred was predeceased by his wife, Georgia Randall; son, Dewey Fowler; parents, John Henry & Ally Belle Fowler; one brother, Henry Fowler.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his stepchildren, Juanita Graziadei (Graz) of Virginia Beach, VA, Doris Moufid of Greenville, SC, Paulette Stephens (John) of Anderson, SC; brother, James Fowler (Jean) of Augusta, GA; 14 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
